The delivery of facilities capital projects within the Infrastructure Directorate, from inception/ concept through to completion. Projects include land residential and commercial subdivisions, significant built form facilities, major refurbishments and significant renewal projects.
The management of site investigation process, identifying constraints to development/service delivery and where possible, developing appropriate strategies to resolve constraints. Risk identification and risk mitigation strategies to ensure risks are effectively managed.
