$20M multi-level residential entailed construction of a basement car park together with 80 residential apartments over 7 levels. The site is located on Wellington Street in East Perth with street frontages on both Wellington Street to the south and Bronte Street to the north. The structure comprises of a conventional concrete frame with AFS load-bearing structural walls internally and externally. The lift core was constructed using the AFS wall system.
