The purpose built Marina Services Building, provides support to the Marina's boat pen facilities for 300 vessels, and with public showers, toilet facilities, and a modern fuelling and sullage facility. The marina provides boat owners with clear and open waterways and access to the Indian Ocean, including Rottnest, Penguin and Carnac Islands.
